Valley Drugs

I greatly appreciate the drive threw, they're quick on refills, and the text notification is really helpful. The inside is clean. I wish I could give 5 stars, but the customer service can be unfortunate more times than not. I've been treated pretty impatiently during routine and uncomplicated transactions more than once, as if my showing up is very inconvenient for them. I've stood in line and watched an older gentleman asking about coupons get treated impatiently. I think "uncomfortable" is a good word for how I feel going there at this point. I never know if I'm going to treated professionally, or get treated like an annoyance.

They always have a good supply of antibiotics.The are very friendly and quick to fill prescriptions. I love the drive thru.

Valley Drug is on Douglas Blvd in Winston, Oregon down from the Grocery Outlet. I've seen the sign but didn't think too much about the place. I wasn't sure if a drug store in our town would have the medicine I was prescribed-especially, during with an antibiotic shortage across the country. But it was close to and on my way to dinner, so I had my doctor check and if there was a problem, I could go back into town and get it in the morning. I was more than pleased when I got a text when I walked in the restaurant about 15 minutes later from Valley Drug saying my prescription was ready. This was fantastic!!I picked up my prescription with no issues. Service was wonderful and fast. They are organized, have a good inventory and some very cool things, as well, and I will have to go back and pick up one of the mixing spoons sign sayings on them. You should definitely give Valley Drug a try!!
