        Edit: Tan Republic seems to have rectified the issue. So, I am updating my review, as promised. Thank you! Initial review/response: I am not asking for any free services. I paid for a monthly fee and I paid for an upgrade and was told I can't tan there by your employee. I wouldn't ask for free things only what I paid for. I am not sure where this misunderstanding came from.

      Hello Ariel! We received your email and addressed the issue with you. I’m sorry if the answer you received isn’t one you liked. We cannot just be giving away free services for obvious reasons. We are sure that you understand why we must charge for services rendered.

      We do stop charging after a cancellation notice but as was stated in the contract you signed there is a 30 day cancellation notice so even after an email you will still be charged one more time. We don’t double charge out of spite. That is not a thing. In the month of May we assess a once a year maintenance fee for $20 which was also in the contract you signed and was posted in the store for a month leading up to the charge. It would be nice and more helpful for you if you would ask questions about why you were charged rather than just assuming and leaving a bad review. If you do not like the terms of the membership agreement you can always pay as you or buy individual months. We did not steal from you we just upheld the contract that we had between you and our business.
