        This is the type of store that small towns had before we got malls or Wal Mart. A little bit of everything a household might need after getting your groceries. Delighted to be able to see things that are handy for locals to get. Fishing gear, wellies, sewing thread, cooking items and gardening. I saw wooden harmonicas, the type of ringers you got for your bike back when, marbles and puzzles. Mercantile store is exactly what you get. Owner was helpful but not hovering over you. Well worth the time to look around and savor the memories.
