I had a fantastic experience at Honda of Abington this weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Zach Ingegneri, Mustafa B and General Manager, Bruce. They went above and beyond helping me turn in my current lease for a new one. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I give them all a 10/10. Thank you guys. I love my new car!

Stay away!!! Do not go for car repairs. They are scammers! After I paid $190 for diagnostic test they told me I needed 4 new tires and new fuel injectors, which wasnt covered under my warranty. Total 1,484.83$ I purchased two new tires the year before i could not understand why I needed 4 new tires so I proceeded to Sloan Honda on Bustleton for a second opinion. Glad I did!!! I did not pay one cent to Sloan Honda. Sloan explained The fuel injectors and diagnostic were covered by my warranty- And found my tires were fine.. The staff at Sloan were helpful, professional, and truthful. Please get a second opinion before you give these scammers money. And definitely do not buy any tires here unless you are certain your tires are not good.

I had an unpleasant encounter with Honda of Abington. Last Saturday, I spotted a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander on their website priced at $5,400. I contacted the company, and they informed me that the car was still in the maintenance section for detailing. I scheduled a test drive for today. However, to my surprise, the price suddenly increased to $8,750. When I asked if I could see the car, the person who called me yesterday insisted it wasnt ready yet and that there was no need to pay a deposit.

I have called the service department (7x) and emailed today. No one answers. The 8th time a woman answered and put me on hold , which I hung up after 15 minutes. I have purchased 4 vehicles here and never had this problem when owned by Sussman.

James, the Inventory specialist, demonstrated excellent customer service by being polite, attentive, and answering all of our questions, before and after the purchase.
