I cannot say enough good things about this law firm. I suffered from an unfortunate accident which left me unable to work, struggling to pay my medical bills, and constantly worried that I would never be able to afford treatment or therapy. Shawn helped me through each step of the lengthy process of filling a liability claim. He was not only kind and sincere but went out of his way to answer any and all of my questions and always made sure I was informed and comfortable. Never once, during the 6 months of working together, did I ever feel uninformed or excluded from the process. Shawn maintained consistent communication; he is diligent when responding to any questions or calls and if he knew he would be unavailable he made sure to let me know well ahead of time. I have never in my life needed a lawyer and like so many others I was terrified that I would be taken advantage of, mistreated, or just another faceless client. At this law firm, I felt like family. At the end of the day, your lawyer cannot guarantee results or the outcome of your case, but what they can do is provide hardwork and excellent customer service and that is exactly what I received. DelVecchio & Miller, LLC is not your typical personal injury law firm. I have been utterly amazed and pleased by the manner in which I was treated by my attorney, Shawn Kressley, and a founding partner, Christopher Miller. For all of their decency, assistance, dedication, and skill displayed in the resolution of my case, these attorneys will always have my appreciation and gratitude. I am most fortunate that another law firm referred me to them. This law firm makes every effort to form personal relationships with their clients, as well as, to fully understand the concerns and unique set of circumstances of each of their clients. The attorneys fully explain ones options, permit more than enough time to answer all questions, stay in regular communication, provide updates as they happen, and ensure an accurate understanding of all the information presented. For instance, a meeting with Attorney Kressley ran into the lunch hour and Attorney Miller came into the meeting room suggesting that he provide lunch for the three of us. Another time both Attorney Kressley and Attorney Miller took turns providing me with transportation to and from a proceeding.
