HEAT Restoration

Reece and his team are absolutely phenomenal. We had about 12 feet of water in our home after Ida. I had called more that 10 restoration companies and Heat was the only one that gave me the time of day and made an effort to help. Reece was able to get us on his schedule immediately. He and his team are small but mighty! They genuinely care about the work and the people they are working for. They had our house entirely cleaned out exceptionally fast. He continued to work alongside our contractors and even came back to do additional work. I will never recommend another restoration company besides Heat. HEAT Restoration did an amazing job! Our basement had 4-5 inches of water due to a sump pump back-up from the loss of electricity due to the recent tornado. Reece and his team were amazing, quick, responsive and kind. I they weren’t a pleasure to work with and I won’t hesitate to use them again if I ever have to. I highly recommend them! Reece and his team were great. Called him Monday morning at 7am on Labor Day right after severe weather a few days prior. He was there by 10am to inspect the water damage in our basement, sprayed and inspected for mold. Extremely responsive and helpful to our situation. Highly recommend!

After Ida spawned tornadoes in our area, I found this company (when no other company could even call us back because of the incredible demand for disaster services) by sheer luck to restore our flood damage. I saw their truck as they were working in our neighborhood, and asked if they could help us. That was this afternoon. Tonight we are good. They were clean, polite, energetic (even after working for days on end), professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them! Service: Water damage cleanup
