Daniella helped me recover the cash eaten by the ATM. Corporate said 1 week, she did it in one day. Excellent service :)

I rarely review on Google Maps, but this time Im leaving one as a tribute to this banks outstanding customer service. The people here are willing to learn! If services take you too long, please understand that some people are new and theyre still learning. However, they are responsive of your needs and are willing to listen to feedbacks. They also make amends for their mistakes in a genuine and honest way.
Please send my kudos to Blair and Yetumde for being just wholesome and amazing. I hope that your branch will grow

Recently visited santander bank and was helped by a wonderful employee named Muskan.
She went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs and made the process quick and easy. The bank itself offers a variety of services that have met all of my needs. I especially appreciate the mobile banking app, which has made managing my finances on-the-go a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend this bank and their amazing staff!"

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Told wed be served in 15-20 minutes but waited an hour. Tried opening an account for a family member who is new to the US but we were denied. We had an SS number, a US federal issued ID card & a passport. Banker told us we needed a PA license or state ID. WE WENT DOWN THE STREET TO TD BANK AND OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN 5 MINUTES. Santander is a joke.
