Expressed interest in providing me an estimate for carpet installation. Came out, took measurements, then never heard from him again. Very disappointing. I don’t like or appreciate my time being wasted as a potential customer. Overall, very bad experience and I do not recommend.

Very poor communication. Poor workmanship. Not registered as a contractor in PA. I cancelled a job that I prepaid and the company(John Lloyd) refuses to refund over $2500.00. Taking him to court. The judgements were filed in Delaware County Superior Court today. One against John Lloyd and one against his company. I look forward to getting paid plus the 12% interest the State allows, plus all of the fees to collect. Good luck getting a loan for your next car, house or college loans. Maybe, you should just be honest. It's alot easier that way. Send me the money you owe me.

Had my house powerwashed he did not complete job that was paid for. Did not do the front of my house also damaged 2 shutters blew hes right thru them ..now the shutters need replacing had no problem taking the check I left for him tried contacting him multiple times to complete job never responded to any msgs.. stay away from this guy he talks a good game but in the end you will be dissapointed like I am. I'll never recommend him to anybody. Heck I wouldnt even let him clean the toilet and that's pretty bad. Oh by the way his name (john Loyd) di yourself a favor. Stay away

We hired A-1 carpet and upholstery cleaners to clean our basement carpet after our cat peed in the basement. John came and cleaned the carpet and found mold. He told us he could do mold remediation by cutting out the dry wall, replace the carpet pad and replace the molding. John then required more money to do the work. We gave him the money (he had cleaned our carpets before and seemed honest) and he did the work but did not finish - he left the new drywall unsanded and unpainted. He broke one large piece of furniture as he uninstalled it to get behind to replace the drywall that had mold. He did a horrendous job on the molding as seen in the pictures. We contacted John to have him come back and finish the job. He gave us excuses after excuse as to why he couldn’t come back and how busy he was. We contacted several times between April 9 and June 30. We have not heard from him since July 1 (56 days ago) At this point we just want our money back for the drywall repair.
