        Some of the tiles were falling down in my bathroom. Allan and Jeremy came and did a very good job. They found there was water damage behind more tiles than what had fallen off. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to replace any tiles. I will give a few before and one after picture.

        While we thought our immediate job was done well by a polite technician and Grout Smith was happy to take our money, we have issues a year and 1/2 later. Our shower now looks terrible. Our numerous calls and texts were Completely Ignored!! Once we emailed and told Grout Smith we are contacting Consumer Affairs, we received a return email. They refuse to correct the situation and say there is nothing they can do. Extremely bad post sale customer service. We do not recommend this business.
