I'm the contact person for our church, which has employed Affordable Maids for over a year now to clean the sanctuary, the social/kitchen area and foyer etc. They show up on time, do a thorough job, and lock up and leave the place looking ship shape. They call before coming as requested and e mail me the receipt, and are easy to work with. We're happy!

The cleaning staff finished early and didn't fully complete the job. I hired them to do a move out clean in a block of 90 minutes with a staff of either 3 or 4. Although I asked for the fridge and shower to be top priories, the refrigerator door was not done and the shower was untouched and did not meet the expectations of my landlord. They finished the job early and charged me a pro-rated amount. When I realized the work was not up to par, I requested that the work be completed as soon as possible as this was the last day of my lease. Although they offered to send another cleaner out, it did not coincide with my landlord or my schedule that day. They did credit me $20 but I would have preferred the work being done correctly the first time. This company has good customer service but mediocre standards of clean.

Guess they didn't want the business. I called two times and never recd a call back.
