I LOOOOVE Yankee Candle, wish there was one closer to where I live.... you could never have enough candles LOL

I've been to this yankee candle a few times. The first time I went I signed up (at this location) with my information (months ago) and yesterday was my birthday and I went in for my birthday gift and I was told I should have an email that I have to show them. However I didn't have an email under the address I gave them. So they checked their system and come to find out they entered an extra letter into my email address so I wasn't able to get my gift this year which was super disappointing.
