Brian Fisher: Allstate Insurance

This is the most incompetent agency! They have kept a totaled vehicle on my insurance policy for over 2 years! When I asked one of the incompetent agents why, she responded that we receive a multi car discount however, we replaced the totaled vehicle with another so we were paying for 4 vehicles instead of 3 all this time!! They're criminals at this agency!

ALLSTATE "SUCKS" Been with for 39 years only 2 claims. I had a water leak in our family room bathroom and the ceiling came down. Now there is a smell of mold. Turned in a claim to ALLSTATE and they said the damage is NOT COVERED BECAUSE ACORDING TO MY POLICY IT IS AN EXSISTING PROBLEM. How in the hell am I suppose to know its been leaking.

Does not show up to brick and mortar business because they are too scared of getting sick to do anything in person, is what was said today after being told it was okay to come to the building.
