Don't let the hospitality fool you. I had a wiper motor to install motivwerks quote $289 , another garage quote $79.00 to install. I recently had an oil change, told them I only used synthetic oil, I provided and they put regular oil in. Recently they created an electronic issue after trying to install a switch, instead of fixing, said if my new battery drains, bring it back. They didn't understand what was causing it they created

The staff at MotivWerks is great. They are knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of the way during your vehicle repair. The building is clean and comfortable. The Service technicians treat your vehicle like their own and have a separate quality control check on it before you leave the facility. They have earned my business. I will not be going back..they tell you 0ne price .call to see if it's done price changes added 400$ to my bill. Stay away...

price gougers. I was told over the phone what was wrong with it when we told them what it was doing, but then they still charged 500 just for diagnosis. then said 3k estimate to fix it. (Coil change and valve cover replacement) I took my car somewhere else and it cost less than 400. I was also told by a clerk that people who owned these cars were like a cult and would do anything for these cars. A tow service told me it's not uncommon for them to tow cars from there d/t prices. Buyer beware, do your research. If you get an estimate check another mechanic for their prices. It could save you thousands. I left a Facebook review on them, they blocked me so it would be deleted. Told us to contact them to work something out, the day after we spoke to the manager and they did nothing for us.
