GEM Pro Wash

Shawn with GEM Pro Wash just came to our house in Greencastle and did a fantastic job cleaning all the mold and dirt off our siding and gutters! The house looks like NEW! Shawn was very detailed, efficient, professional and 100% trustworthy! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their house or roof cleaned!

Had to check all the boxes, GEM Pro Wash was very adaptable to my schedule. I left a quote request via the website over the weekend and was called back the following working day. When he arrived for the quote he explained the problems and solutions and negotiated a fair price. I really feel like he was cutting me a deal. I already had a specific amount set in my head and they were under that cost. The day of the service, he arrived on time and got straight to work. It was completed in roughly 2 hours. I have attached an after photo, if you could of seen all the moss buildup under the facia from having a north facing house, you would be impressed on how well it worked out for me.

There are seriously multiple wonderful things I could say about this company. The professionalism was outstanding, all the while being personable and down to earth. When I called for an estimate, Sean came within what felt like the blink of an eye. He explained their cleaning process in an easy to understand way which I appreciated. My husband is very much a "do it yourself" person, and was fighting me on hiring someone to clean the house. But when he got home that day, even he was gushing over the fact that our house smelled like soap. My father-in-law who is just as stubborn, was beside himself by how my house sparkled and asked for GEM's info so he could look into it himself! There was ONE thing that was a slight negative in my mind, but only because it was unexpected. I am a very budget oriented person and had everything lined up based on the quote I was given. However upon opening the invoice I saw they do charge tax. NOT A BIG DEAL, it was just unexpected. I'm just not used to that in this type of service industry. (ie. contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc..) So just something to keep in mind. Still the service was TOTALLY WORTH IT!
