I am the bride that was described and I was lied to on multiple occasions by the new owner as far as not even knowing there was a wedding scheduled when she is in face the person that took my order, and I handed her the money directly. So later when she told me that it was a miscommunication in the transfer of business she was blatantly lying to me. And the flowers were for certain brown when I received them and they were still in the buckets of water. And when I researched the flowers that I was receiving I heard that this is a common problem and the owner assured me they would definitely last through the day. I was very displeased that they didn't get me the flowers that I had actually paid for and were way more expensive than the flowers I got. I didn't even receive the difference in costs. And when I was told it was too late to order the flowers that I had ordered since they were from overseas. I looked online myself and it would have still been possible, just more money to get them shipped quicker, and in my opinion a new business that is doing their first wedding should have done everything in their power to please the bride. I was not offered more or my money back because I asked what could be done since I wasn't getting what I ordered and I was told nothing could be done, because I shouldn't have been quoted that price for the flowers I wanted in the first place. I was very displeased.

The Flower Center did the flowers for my sister's wedding and both the service and the flowers were terrible. They switched hands between the time of payment and the event, but the lady who took her order became the new owner. They first claimed to not have the order (my sister had a copy with the owner's handwriting and signature) and then were unable to get the flowers she wanted because they waited too long to special order them. When we arrived at the church the morning of the wedding, the flowers were already turning brown, wilting, and nothing like the bride wanted. Disappointing and unprofessional!
