    While the staff seem nice enough, I do have an issue with doctors offices that do not verify your coverage BEFORE providing services so you have the ability to discuss your options with the facility. Despite taking all my information prior to the appointment, they waited until it was time for me to make payment to run my insurance. Not being able to find my insurance in their system, I was told they would try running my insurance again and get back to me its been 5 days now and I havent heard anything. I have called my insurance company and no one has called to verify. I ended up having to pay the full amount of my appointment out of pocket. I understand some policies require this, but with out the verification, I have no idea if Ill be reimbursed. Very frustrating experience.

However, we are very clear with all of our patients and potential patients about our payment policy. Our dental practice is a Fee-for-Service practice and we are Out-0f-Network for all Insurance providers. Dental benefits are contracts between the patient and the insurance company. Being an out-of-network provider, we do not have access to any dental benefits information, and have no control over how quickly a dental claim is paid. We submit dental claims as a courtesy for our patients and require payment at the time services are provided. We understand that many people prefer to go to a dentist that participates with their dental plan, and this is why we are transparent about our fees and that we do not participate with any insurance plans.If you still have concerns about your dental claim, please call our office at 215-345-1246.
