The place is very open and clean. There are sufficient places to sit while waiting with with extreme social distancing. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I never hesitate to make an appointment with them for my car service. I just leased a new car from Thompson. My car had been totaled in the flood from Ida. They made the process easy and painless at a time when I was filled with stress. I love my new Toyota!!!

I had a great experience with Dominick at Thompson. Buying my highlander was quick and easy! He answered all my questions and was honest. I had to bring my car back the next week (nothing wrong with the car; user error. Haha) and the service department was just as helpful. I am so happy with my decision.
