They build plans that you will enjoy eating, based off what you like to eat, and work around any and all food allergies/sensitivities you have. Very attentive individuals and want to hear from you; how you are feeling physically and even mentally.

    I have been using HealthMe Nutrition for three months now and I am very pleased with the results. Ben takes the time to get to know you and your eating habits first, then he talks to you about what you like to eat or would be willing to eat so you do not have an issue sticking to the meal plan he provides for you. Ben is not a cookie cutter nutritionist, with using foods you like, Ben knows you will enjoy the plan rather than trying to force the foods down he provides you. I also like the fact he will adjust you plan throughout the first month. Ben is a true professional and I would and have, recommend him to anyone.

    Ben was one of the first people at Wright’s gym outside of owner/staff who talked to me after I had been there several months. (RBF is real!! 😂) I’m a competitive runner who loves candy and donuts, trains hard, and eats relatively healthy...but don’t always do it “right...” I have a MS in Sport Psychology (CalU of PA) and could write my own nutrition plan, I suppose...but that works as well as coaching yourself as an athlete... On Christmas Eve 2018, Ben was visiting Wright’s, and we talked about getting my nutrition needs for competition in order. I travel a lot for work, so I eat at a lot of restaurants... He was able to build me a plan that balanced out my caloric intake throughout the day...including meals at restaurants...mid-day snacks (yay!!) and pre/post workout plans. I find that I’m not hungry through the day because I ate the right things when I should have. I have been following Ben’s advice since mid-January. My runs have been feeling better and I have lost 30 pounds, too! My racing has been incredible this spring, I’ve gotten big personal bests in distances ranging from 3000m to half marathon. In early May, I finished Pittsburgh half marathon with a masters (40+) best time of 1:28:46, which was only 16 seconds off my lifetime best! So I ran Buffalo Half Marathon on 5/26, and destroyed that lifetime best by 70 seconds, finishing in 1:27:20. I know I worked hard in training, but I also couldn’t have done it without Ben’s guidance. Before you get sucked into pink drinks, Keto diets, juice cleanses, or whatever fad diet comes around next, talk to Ben!
