I am SUPER IMPRESSED and wanted to write a review even though I'm only 4 hours in my two night stay. The location is perfect, right off the 90 on Peach Street and the staff is amazing. The woman who checked me in was extremely polite and personable and amazing at customer service. The room is clean and well stocked with towels. It smelled a little weird but I don't notice it now and don't know if it has to do with cleaning, age, maybe the prior guest let wet towels sit, but it's not a big deal. There are multiple entrance points so you can typically find parking that is convenient to your room. The pool area is very relaxing with both warm air and water temp and is stocked with towels and plenty of seating and I look forward to hanging out there more tomorrow. After a recent visit to Erie where I stayed somewhere else that was an absolute disaster this is a pleasant surprise. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable and firm. There is decent desk space along with fridge and microwave and tv. I look forward to relaxing a bit after a long stint of work and check out other stores in my industry in Erie. Thank you!

Booked here as it had a good room rate with the splash lagoon package. I got a better room here than I would've for the same price as the other hotels there. The staff was great, we got there 30 mins early for check in but they were ready for us! I was so thankful the room was ready early. The walk from the hotel to the splash park wasn't too long, but it's kind of a chilly walk back all wet in your swim clothes. We went for 1 night, family of 4. The check out time is kind of a disaster though. I understand it's a typical check out time but it makes it hard when you only stay 1 night as you plan to spend more time at the park but have to get all packed up. Which means toting a change of clothes for the whole family into the water park to change for the ride home. Which means renting a huge locker. It would be amazing if they offered a late check out or extra night with no Waterpark passes. I didn't inquire about that because we only had it set up for 1 night, but next trip I will. The room was great, the spa tub was great. I really liked the pillows. Check out was lightning fast. Breakfast was perfect (just as I expected as a free hotel breakfast lover). The waffles, the cereal, the juices, the eggs, the sausage, the coffee... Overall, I would stay again. The room was great. Food & drinks: Bob Evans and quaker steak and lube were perfect for us.
