We were first time home sellers after 42 years in our house and needed an experienced person like JEN HOHENBERGER to guide us through the process. She met with us numerous times and always had an answer to any question. There were a few "sticking points" regarding our property and she stayed on top of them, helping to get them resolved. Many times she would call us in the evening to discuss the latest update with the buyers' agent. Jen is just phenomenal and she expertly walks you through every step of the process. This was an estate sale and it was made all the more painful because we lost Dad over the summer.
