        Ordered flowers through FTD and they assigned to Blue Orchard Floral. Delivery was supposed to be on Wednesday March 6, however Blue Orchard actually delivered on Tuesday March 5th, ruining the surprise. In addition, the flowers are NOTHING like was was ordered. Color, quality and volume is not even close to what was advertised.

        I walked in close to closing, picked out a pretty flower, and in less than 5 minutes, I was handed this large bouquet for $20! The man making the bouquet was so friendly and gave me instructions for care! It was worth the 30-minute drive! I found my new florist!

        I ordered an arrangement through their website on Friday for same day delivery. They took my money, they wont take my phone calls, and I never received the arrangement. Absolutely zero resolution due to the fact that I cant even get a hold of this business. I have to file a fraud report with my credit card company to get my money back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER BUSINESS!!!!
