Top notch. I had 3 other service techs to my house. Everyone of them were dumb founded. Bill came and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was honost professional and knowledgeable. Direct Connection helped me out with my electrical problems on 11/4. I was having lighting issues and my equipment wasn't running properly. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my problems same day! They also resolved some major wiring issues that my building had. I regretfully didn't call them first thing and was "ghosted" by two other companies in my area before. It was super frustrating. I was a little downtrodden by being treated so poorly, but this company made it so much better! I highly, highly recommend calling this company FIRST. Direct connection was so busy, but the owner, Bill was able to make an emergency visit to the house and rectify the electrical issue. Their were customers on a waitlist, but he got my client in immediately. I dealt with many contractors, etc. and all they usually do is want your money and then they disappear. However, this company stands by their name and Ill fix your problem. Service: Electrical power restoration
