BEWARE - NO ASSISTANCE AFTER PURCHASE OF BROKEN PARTS. Made a purchase out of state based on positive review but did not end with a good experience. Discussed the headlight over the phone with the owner who seemed nice enough at the time and did disclose some scratches on the lens which i took on the risk and said I would take it. However, when the part arrived, there were brackets inside the lens itself that were broken and someone had poorly attempted to glue back together. We had to pull off the small plastic cover to make this determination and at this time, contacted the seller about returning. She stated that we could return it but would have to pay return shipping which I agreed with. Now, my technician did forget to replace the small plastic cover when returning, but because of this, the seller refused to issue a refund even though they could see all the broken components that were not disclosed. I offered to pay the cost of returning the plastic cover which was inadvertently left off but at this time, she stated that she had talked things over with her husband and had decided they would not do anything further to help us. Also to note, her tone was very unprofessional with both myself and my shop manager as she essentially accused both of us of stealing pieces out of the headlight prior to return which was not true. As a small family owned business (in business over 40 years), we have been fortunate enough to only have a few instances of issues with customers or vendors. I believe the lack of respect and willingness to issue even a partial refund when it was apparent the headlight was broken speaks volumes as to the character of these folks.
