We just adopted a dog from a shelter and discovered that our dog had pretty severe separation anxiety whenever we would leave the house. Jen gave us amazing advice on how to help our puppy become more comfortable with the idea that we would sometimes have to leave the house. She uses positive reinforcement to help with behavioral modification for your dog, whether your dog is jumping on you, getting bitey, or she is teaching your dog how to learn simple commands. I am very happy with our puppies progress and can't thank Jen enough for the difference she has made in our puppy's behavior. I definitely recommend Blue Sky Dog Training for anyone who needs help with their puppy!

Luna had a blast going to Puppy Kindergarten classes! Jen was awesome and very insightful. You'll learn a bunch of things that you wouldn't even think of when you attend her class. Luna already misses going to class and it's only been a week :)

Jen is awesome and so knowledgeable!! she is affordable and also genuine about helping you train your dog! I did puppy socialization classes and then puppy kindergarten ... Hank loved going to class and learned so much from it! I will definitely bring all of my future pups here :)

So glad we took the Adult Manners class! To be honest, I originally signed up for the class just because the dog we adopted came with a training requirement. However, I learned so much from taking Jen's class, our pup enjoyed the mental stimulation from training, and he is now so well behaved! Besides that, taking this class and working with my pup regularly has really strengthened our bond :) From the beginning, Jen was great to work with. She met with me and my pup before class started to make sure he would be a good candidate for a group class, since I had concerns with his size and history. Throughout classes, which were small, Jen was able to observe how everyone was working with their dogs and give training advice specifically tailored to each pup and owner. She was also available to answer questions and provide advice on anything we needed help with - even outside the scope of the curriculum. I highly recommend Blue Sky Dog training and Jen. Training is an investment, and my pup and I have certainly gotten ample returns from Jen's classes!

We had 2 sessions at Blue Sky - and the Covid happened...Jen was flexible and made videos for us ahead of time and then we Zoomed as a class once per week so we could ask questions, Jen could see how our pups were doing, etc.
