Prodigy Electrical Group did a great job on the numerous lighting projects at my mother’s house! Jacob and Justin were true professionals. They arrived early to the 9:00am appointment, and were friendly and polite from the first encounter. They had all the appropriate equipment and supplies — right down to protective coverings for their shoes. (As well as wearing pandemic-appropriate masks). Jacob and Justin extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain relevant details about each light fixture. The electrical work itself is exceptional! They both worked quickly and efficiently, taking the time to inquire about the specific preferences that my mother had. They asked questions about how my mother wanted things and made sure she was satisfied with the results. They kindly offered to dispose of all the leftover materials as well as gave suggestions on donating appropriate fixtures that were still suitable for use. They even organized the remaining lightbulbs. I will definitely be recommending Prodigy to everyone who needs electrical work done. They are truly first class — from the initial estimate, which was clear and concise, to the vacuuming up at the end of the job! On top of everything, they have very reasonable rates. Seems knowledgeable but thats as far as it went. Favorite phrase for them is they will contact manager and have them call you in a hour. Only once they have contacted me. Had to reach out to them to see when they wanted to evaluate they did it 2 days before scheduled service never gave me a quote on what would be needed done. Never sent any email as promised. Customer be aware. Services: Panel replacement or upgrade, Earth wire installation, Socket or switch repair
