Don't know if Dale still runs this place or not but I am not likely to return. Walked in today to see if I could get my brakes checked and no one was around. Waited a minute and a guy comes out to ring out a customer. I told him my issue with brakes making steering wheel jump on the highway. He says they can look at it and it will be an hour wait. I said ok, just let me grab my seat cushion from the car and I can wait an hour (had back surgery not long ago and still use a cane). No other customer was waiting behind me at all. I was out the door 30 seconds to my car and right back in, and he is finishing checking out the other customer. Gets done with that and looks at me and says "You still need checked in? I thought 'he' checked you in". Like 'he' who? There was still no other employee in sight. He goes if you need brakes and oil changed it is now a 2 hour wait. Who said anything about an oil change? I sure didn't. I said I don't know how a one hour wait suddenly became a 2 hour wait. He mumbled something about no appointments -- I did not ask for an appointment. I thought we had an agreement there, one hour wait and let's get you checked in--but apparently not. When I said I would run out to get my cushion, he said ok. Still don't know what the heck this was all about, but when someone makes an agreement with me I expect them to live up to it and not change the story on me 30 seconds later. I have been back once -- it depends on who waits on you.
