We rented at 875 Cook Ave, and were established tenants of a couple years, when Kodiak purchased our building. Honestly, in our nearly 6 years there, the best thing that ever happened to 875 Cook is Kodiak and Kyleigh. Frankly the promises that we had heard from every one else were delivered with Kodiak, and then some. The first time our parking area and drive way were sealed was with Kodiak, and it was resealed and maintained as well. The side walk, mind you was in good shape but had a crack in it, was repaired and re-poured. What I'm trying to convey with a few simple examples that are mild and generally considered upkeep to almost everyone is done with Kodiak. Then on top of that the windows, the new carport, new bathrooms, new laundry etc. What I'm trying to get across is, if your renting you want to rent from Kodiak. Kyleigh and Kodiak are by far the best we have ever experienced not just as a whole but in every aspect. The service is there the amenities grow and the maintenance is done. I not only have but will recommend friends and family to Kodiak, because I know they will be taken care of and treated right. Your treated like family. Kodiak and Kyleigh are who you want to rent from.

Unresponsive. Listings look nice and are updated, but this company admits to only doing "bandaid" repairs only. I looked at a property of theirs on Zillow and it was labeled bandaid repairs only. The listed phone number worked and I got the machine. I called 3 times over the past few weeks, and left voicemails with contact info.
