Fine not great. It was suitable for what it is, a basic apartment. The photos and amenities definitely play up the "luxury" aspect, you'll quickly find it's average at best. In it's prime everything was nice, but most amenities and features have not been updated in some time. Within the greater Lehigh Valley there are quite a few other apartment offerings comparable in price, but with newer amenities and similar cost. The office staff is generally nice but be prepared to submit multiple maintenance requests before getting anything resolved. One instance of this was a malfunctioning dryer (fire hazard, yikes!), I had to submit three maintenance requests before it was resolved. Many other examples for other issues as well. If you enjoy a walkable lifestyle, you'll be limited to Walmart and the adjacent shops, unless you're willing to walk in the road with busy traffic... The sidewalk abruptly ends in both directions. There is a lot of noise from the highway as well as the busy road behind the apartment (Van Buren Rd.), it's surprisingly very loud. With the growing amount of construction in the area and Corriere being one of the major veins, I imagine this will only get worse over time. Additionally the units are just loud. The walls and ceilings are thin, so be prepared to hear every thump and tumble from your neighbors. The USPS service can be tricky. Sometimes they just won't deliver mail (but mark it delivered) and sometimes they will deliver to the leasing office (so you are limited to office hours to pick up, and if the name on the mail doesn't match your lease exactly, there's a chance the office staff will return to sender). This has improved over time, but generally I would not have 100% confidence in the postal service at this complex.
