This business is just unprofessional. The service guy decide not to show up on the day of service and didn't even decide to let us know. I was very upset because I even told these ppl I need this service ASAP and it was very urgent. DO NOT reach out to this business if you need an emergency repair on your appliance or you will pay the price. They would just never show up and won't even call you.

Stay away from this company. Came to fix refridge 2 times over month period and brought all wrong parts. Gave them $200 deposit to fix and returned $89 and then disappeared. Filed BBB complaint and has not responded. They just gave up. Stupid crew. I am disabled and they had no sympathy for handicapped by returning wasted $200 deposit. Thinking about small claims court. RIP OFF BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!! DONT USE THIS BUSINESS Service: Refrigerator repair

I needed emergency repair on my dryer. The guy shows up later that evening diagnose the problem and told me I needed a new motherboard. He told me he could order it that night and it would be there by the morning and he would come the day after that to fix it. In total the dryer will be fixed in 48 hours and the cost was $429. I pay $200 upfront and were supposed to pay the remainder upon completion of service. The part came in the next day but the guy never came back. Three days later I called the company and ask when I could expect service they told me another week. I told them that I pay for emergency service so that it could be done in a timely manner the woman on the phone just said sorry but nothing could be done. I asked to come pick up the part and install it myself, but she said that was against company policy. Then she said she couldnt guarantee when the guy was going to be out again my way but she would have him give me a call the following day. This company was a complete bait and switch they make you pay for emergency service, tell you itll only take a day or two but wont show up for weeks. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know never to use them. Service: Household appliance installation
