Lives here for 18 mos until the place was over run with mice and they didn’t do a thing about it.

I understand Keystone Lofts in the past has been hot with some negative reviews, it under new management. I've been here almost four years and they have been pretty darn good to me. I have a super large loft that I use as a Live/Work situation. Rents are, in my opinion reasonably prices, maybe even better. A 7-10 minutes drive to Center City and three blocks from the SEPTA train. Reality is, if you are two minutes closer to the city, you could easily add 500 or more to your rent. have a good thing here.

This is the worst place to live. My apartment has been infested with fleas for a month! It is so loud that I can hear every step the guy makes above me. I can hear him blowing his nose! Total rip off! DO NOT MOVE HERE

West of Hudson Properties owns the building Want safety? THE GATE DOESN'T WORK. Dont beleive them if they say their working on fixing it Did something break/leak/crack or come apart in your unit? In 1.5- 2 weeks you will get a call about that actually getting that fixed! If you say it's an emergency lol that will not change the rate in which it gets fixed. Oh and if it breaks you are paying for it to get fixed! Do you need to call the office? Well guess what! You wont get an answer because no one ever answers the phone unless your asking about moving into an apt! On site management: we dont have any one!!!!! THE NEAREST HUMAN THAT YOU CAN TALK TO ABOUT ANYTHING IN REFERENCE TO YOUR LOFT IS 2HRS AWAY IN NJ! DID SOMEONE BREAK IN? CAMERA ACCESS ISNT AVAILABLE! Central Air you ask? ITS NOT WORKING! its 90°+ and you have to put in a work order about it working in your unit. THEY WILL NOT TURN ON YOUR AC UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY SAY SOMETHING! ONSITE MAINTENANCE: now that is an option and he is always here. No he is not the Super. Everyone just complains to him about the neglect and issues of this place. They should pay that guy more than whatever he makes! just dont move here .. like seriously. No AC, constant leaks, no working front gate, bug issues, no super, there is no such thing as immediate help or maintenance resolutions, no management, no phone communication, no physical human in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that can assist you with anything, it's not secure, it's barely safe. For over 8 months numerous tenants have reached out with needs, help and complaints yet west of hudson properties that owns this building is not giving this property the attention it needs, demands and deserves. -the people that live here
