W Living Apartments

Been living here for a few months at their Broad St building. First few months was a NIGHTMARE...no appliances but an oven -_- when I first moved in. No communications about internet (Verizon is the only option). They rushed everyone to move in and didnt have the elevator working. After I get my appliances, they will rush you to renew your lease after 3 months or theyll start showing your apartment. Still havent fixed the mailbox downstairs so everyones mail is up for grabs (no key required). About a month ago, I was cleaning the bottom of my sink and noticed my floor was unfinished from their construction days. Westley says its not a priority but watch, hell probably take it out of my security deposit for damages and such. Walls and flooring is thin as paper. Do not lease here.

Stayed with W Living at their 117 Spring Garden st location for 13 months. I enjoyed my time there and have no complaints. Management and building maintenance were very kind and always responsive when needed. Loved the parking garage. I only moved out because my roommate made other plans.

new apartment didnt have necessary appliances installed until months into lease and hallways always smelled weird. 3 stars.

very impressed with the quality and detail. I sometimes forget I even have neighbors since I never hear anyone.
