I saw the great reviews and decided to take my jacket here to have the zipper replaced. She said it would be $30.00. She did not have a zipper to match the coat (it was a pale pink) so she was going to use white. She pulled a zipper out of a box of zippers that she had. She made me feel that she was being put out. She said she was very busy and did not know when it would be done. I said that was fine. I waited over a week and did not hear from her so I called her and she said that it was done. The jacket looked fine until I got home and saw that she only replaced one side of the zipper (one side was the original zipper - which matched the coat and the other side was a the white zipper). The first time I wore the jacket and zipped the coat, the bottom part of the zipper pulled away from the fabric. This was the reason I took the jacket there in the first place to have the zipper replaced. I will not use this place again. Service: Alterations
