I ordered the clothes to online. I looked up the tracking number from the email. but the information on the tracking information was not right. I called the customer service three times and asked for the right tracking information. Zara would give the email about new tracking information within 24 hours, but they didn't send the email They didn't keep the promise three times The service is so messed up.

The all reason of my comment, that I wish Jamir will no longer work for Zara ( and shouldn’t be working at customer services or with people) I work in busy auto dealership, and got I lot of stress on me during the day. So I came to zara after work to relax and buy something nice. But I wasn’t ready, that I will left that store crying. First of all, it was sale, so I’ve tried some thinks, and I’ve got not nice comment from the one of the staff ( I didn’t said a word to him). He said “ is it your 3rd or 4th time going to the fitting room, ha?†He said it on his way somewhere. He said it in unappropriate way. It was my second time going to the fitting room, but even if it will be 5th, you can not give me a comments like that) I was upset, that someone working at Zara ( I respected that store ) and with people, feel that free to give that kind of comments to strangers. But I’ve desided to let it go. I desided do not put my attention on it, after a while, I went to the second floor and was checking the cloth. And that person (Jamir) saw me there, I was looking at one of the blouses, when he said to me (again, I didn’t said a word to him and wasn’t even looking at him) but he was that brave he said to me in a very sarcastic way “you know, you a very good shopper†and the girl next to him, staff as well, she smiled. I was that abset, so I went strait to the manager and explained situation. The only think she said, that they have evening meeting and she will talk about it.he came to me and said, that he is apologizing for his words. But it wasn’t like he really meant that. I feel, that this kind of staking or bulling. Apologies- is not enough for this kind of behavior. It is just can not acceptable. So, I was that abset of the situation, so tears starts to fall from from my eyes. I was about to leave, and I said it is not acceptable. But he was really mean and shout†I apologized†and something like in the way : I apologized, so it’s done. and I just left. I think, that first of all- that person shouldn’t work with people, secondly- manager should react in the better way. Nobody should be bulled at the store by staff. By the way, his name Jamir. That person shouldn’t work there. I’m not even native speaker, and I wrote all this. I hope, that person will be fired.
