        Instead of cleaning a tux and formal shirt I brought in for a wedding they gave it back to me completely wrinkled with the pant button on the tux missing. The coordinator for the wedding I was in quickly sewed on a new button and helped me iron out all the wrinkles. I confronted the Latimer about this and asked for a refund for the 3 items that were definitely not cleaned. They refused. To add to this, I've been a customer for almost 2 years and take my dress shirts there to be cleaned a couple times a month. Just completely ridiculous IMO that they didn't feel an obligation to make this right for a loyal customer.

        The language barrier makes being a patron here difficult, especially when the shopkeeper gets frustrated you don't understand her. The 15% off discount on Wednesdays and Thursdays is deceptive and not as simple as it should be. I wouldn't recommend going here.
