Horrible service. These people did my taxes in 2020 and havent heard from them since. No returns, never received my payments, no answers to my emails or calls. STAY AWAY

Last week, I goggled and saw that they were open. I called to confirm that walk-ins were still welcome; left a voice message. Went there to find the place closed down, and there wasn't a notice on the door. I called again, received the same message that someone will return my call, and left a message. To date, I've not received any return calls from them. They need to update goggle and their outgoing message.

One star is being generous!!!! This is the worst Financial/Tax business. They are unreliable, rude, and are not experienced enough for filings of corporate taxes. The owner (Keith) should be embarrassed of his business being so unprofessional.

Stay far away !! Do not use. KD financial will take your money and ignore your phone calls and emails. I have email correspondence of KD financial confirming the filing of my taxes and received several notices from the IRS stating that the taxes were not filed. DO NOT USE FLE YOUR TAXES WITH THIS BUSINESS. Keith, Bella, or Chris will not answer your calls if you have any questions or concerns. Their work is sloppy, unprofessional and not worth the money.
