I had the most frustrating experience filing personal taxes with Mac Alpine Carll. They not only messed up one of my state returns, but they also never filed the city tax. It took me months of back-and-forth emails and phone calls to get this resolved. The worst part is that they never apologized. I always felt they didn't care for my business and whatever else they had going on took priority.

As a small business owner we could not be more pleased with the service provided, especially Paul. He is attentive and responsive to all our calls and emails and always willing to explain all the option available to us. Taxes and bookkeeping can be complicated and frustrating so knowing we have professional guidance is a real help for us to focus on our business!

TERRIBLE CPA FIRM - Chuck/Charles Adams filed my taxes 10 months late (even after me reminding/asking him about the filing literally every month). I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars in penalties which he declines any responsibility for, never even an apology. Chuck and other partners I've spoken with never return phone calls or emails either. DO NOT PURSUE SERVICES FROM THIS FIRM- very, very frustrating experience.
