We had Paul from US Inspect come out to do a home inspection on a home we are buying and make sure you have the time set aside! Paul was very thorough and spent nearly 3 hours to go through the home and check EVERYTHING out. The home owner was there as well and said she wished she would have used Paul when they bought the home as their inspector took less than an hour and overlooked so many things. Paul also took the time to show me things that were of more concern and explained in detail why they were a concern. That night we got a very detailed report with an itemized list of everything he found along with pictures he took for every inspection concern or thing he noted. US Inspect is not the cheapest but I would argue that you will find anyone more thorough, professional and experienced!
