The Rittenhouse Guest House is an absolute treasure located in the heart of Philadelphia within walking distance to most anywhere in the downtown area. It has three bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A very well kept establishment with room cleaning services the same as you would get in any hotel room! We have stayed there twice within the last couple of years and have never been disappointed one bit!
Also check out The Dwight D boutique hotel guest rooms if you're looking for a standard hotel room. The rooms they have in their boutique hotel will put an ordinary hotel room to shame! This is a small boutique hotel with several rooms available on a few different floors. Very quiet and peaceful after a busy day in the city! It's the only place we will stay when visiting Philly!!
