Went to this location the other night with my kids and the two girls that were helping me they were so kind and knowledgeable they had no problem with my somewhat chatty children who just want to try every flavor they can, will be returning

First of all, they did not have the mango flavor I wanted so I had to change to cookies and cream milkshake. We also ordered a chocolate gelati which came out right away, and I told the guy that I wanted a second cookies and cream milkshake. It took literally 10 minutes for the other guy to come back with only one milkshake so I told him I wanted another one, as I’ve told the other guy. He looked really upset that he had to make another one, at least this one came back after only 5 minutes. This “cookies and cream” milkshake is not even cookies and cream. They were both just chocolate with cookies mixed in. Additionally, it was just like soup. It was so watery. I did not have the patient to argue and wait again for another milkshake. It seemed like they didn’t even want to make me the milkshakes. During the 10 minutes of waiting, more people arrived. All of them said they never come here because they never have flavors available. They were only here because the Rita’s in ivy ridge was closed due to power outage. That just shows you how bad this location is. Used to be a good location, it’s a shame.
