I will forever be grateful to Mr. Mella. He has helped my family come to the United States. He fought for us, despite having a complicated case. I am sad that he retired, but I continue to recommend his office to people I know. Because of him and his staff, my family already has green cards. And when it is time for us to apply for citizenship, I want their office to still represent us. Thank you for everything you have done for us. May you and your office continue to be blessed.

PLEASE BEWARE. Do extensive research on this lawyer before paying a single dime. Tahir Mella was suspended from the Bar of this Commonwealth for one year and one day, effective March 14, 2021. YOU CAN FIND THE COURT DOCKETS ONLINE. Reasons for suspension: -Failed to provide competent representation (halfwit) -Failed to abide by a clients decisions concerning the objectives of representation -Failed to consult with the client as to the means by which they are to be pursued -Failed to abide by the clients decisions -Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the clients informed consent -Failed to consult with the client about the means by which the clients objectives are to be accomplished -Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation -Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (crook) -Pursued frivolous (BS) litigation Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation -Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice He charged my parents $6,000+ to adjust status which in the end he said nothing could be done, the case was denied. 10 years later, I am having to fix mistakes done by his law firm to proceed with another route to adjust my parents status. He "worked" on our case 2013-2014. He takes advantage of people's desperation to make a profit. It's disgusting that he continues to "practice law." I've worked with other legal counsels who apologize when I mentioned I've paid for legal services to Tahir Mella. They know all the grimey stuff this "lawyer" has done. It's hard to believe that a person who chose a profession in helping people, does it unethically, & is able to sleepwith a clear conscious. From reading these reviews it's clear he's affected many people in a negative way. Stop funding this man's pocket & his new branded law firm. To the owner's reply to my review. I can reassure you I am not hiding behind a fake name. I can easily upload documentation showing Tahir Mellas law firm handled my parents case. Its hard to believe that the suspension was due to many other lawyer's envy of Tahir's success. I went through the court dockets, there were about 2-4 former clients who were misrepresented and testified to clarify all the wrongdoings. There are definitely more who were not mentioned. Tahir entered them in to processes which they were not eligible for & charged fees that were beyond reasonable just to get around the law. How do you refute the information and testimony showing on those legal (public) court documents? Your claim that he is loved by the immigrant community is decieving. Tahir Mella built a bad reputation for himself and his work. Whenever his name is mentioned to other lawyer's in the field they all shake their head and say they have nothing good to say. Again, prospective clients looking for immigration services, do your due diligence. Research, read reviews, & compare fee costs before you pay for representation at any law firm.
