All the staff were amazing, Stella and Angel especially. The gentleman who was working the food at the convention was top notch. The room was especially clean. Convenient location. I would stay there again and again. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and as a black man I tell you that every black employee here was rude ghetto and passive aggressive after two days I stop trying to speak to these people for a nine day state truly enjoyed my wrestling adventure during this week but God these people are bad at their job my questions were very simple and straightforward and it was related to their job duties I do not go out of my way to trouble people the only non-black person I spoke to was a white woman in the morning when I received information while checking in that was literally the only pleasant experience I had with an employee at this location the black man who is light skin with glasses that works evenings at front desk should be fired

The rooms boasted stunning city views & were both comfortable & pleasant. However, the absence of a microwave & mini fridge was a drawback.
Dining at the restaurant was great with amazing food & drinks, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress displayed a negative attitude, even resorting to swearing when asked for certain items.
While the valet driver provided exceptional service on the night of our arrival, the following two days did not meet the same standard.
