Cross Country Movers

The movers packed our furniture very well and they were quick. The price quote included the cost for all packing materials so there were no surprises. Delivery came as promised on the day and time discussed. They even took time to help unpacked the furniture and assembled a few things they had disassembled. Every piece of furniture made it with no damage, even the pieces made of particle board, which I was almost certain would be a big issue . All the boxes were accounted for

They treated our stuff with care and packed everything extremely well, even the things that I did not have ready for the move yet. They went above and beyond to get the job done and the guys were able to make it to our new home in Virginia in the promised time which was the following day between 11am -2pm. They arrived at 11:30am and we were completely moved in an hour later. Movers then hung around a bit longer to help us set up the heavier furniture so we wouldn't have to mess with it later. With their help we got an 8ft tall book shelf set up in the right spot. A two piece L shaped couch unpacked and angled just right and our dining room table with chairs in the perfect area. After we confirmed that nothing arrived damaged. We then signed off for the move. Good work you guys!!!

Our out of state move required moving out of our loft apartment and moving everything out of our storage unit a half mile away. So the movers had to make two stops. Even with the additional location we were still charged as one move they just combined our inventory from both locations into one. They did a really good job taking care of our things and being careful with furniture that was a little more fragile than other items. Both the moving team and customer service were very outgoing and easy to talk to. Working with people you really get along with makes a world of difference. This was about the only move I've ever done where I can say I actually didn't feel too stressed out at all..

Our priority was to find movers that offer packing service, have transparent rates & are willing to work within our schedule. I requested a quote online from Cross Country and then talked to them about pickup, packing, and their moving processes. The lady I spoke to was very good and explained everything well. Having good reviews helps but being able to speak to someone without being rushed and get all your questions answered is better. m very glad I chose them. One of the smoothest moving experiences, everything got to Nashivlle safely.

Had an all around great experience moving halfway across the country! My sales person Victor was a master of customer service and ensuring we had all the information needed for a smooth move. He was incredibly helpful with getting an accurate and competitive price to some other moving companies that we compared them to. The movers both in our origin city and destination were on time, professional and efficient. Picking a moving company is a BIG decision and a lot of money especially if you are opting for a full pack (which we did) but there rates didnt change once we finalized the items we decided to include in the move. Our items arrived to our destination well within the 14 day window they have to deliver in. Would recommend Cross Country Movers for sure!
