Our condominium has been working with Chancellor for 4 years. They do a great job for us. They are detail oriented, work professionally through every task. Do an outstanding job of taking care of everything from contract management to problem resolution. They provide a superb team of people to support every aspect of the community needs. Our financial management has never been this great in 25 years and 4 management companies. Chancellor is an exceptional company to work with.

My wife and I are renting a condo unit at 511 N Broad Street. The building is a no smoking property. Soon after moving in cigarette smoke began to come through the venting in the unit. In addition cigarette smoke fills the halls outside the elevator as well as the area outside the unit we are renting. We notified the building manager about the problem and was told the owner of the condo and not the renter had to make the complaint. As advised we have done so twice through the owner. As of this review nothing has been done to correct the problem. The use of any tobacco product in this setting poses both a health and fire hazard. For my wife and I this poses a higher risk than usual in as much as we have a 14 month old that lives with us. The lack of f/u is very puzzling since the use of all tobacco products in this building exposes all residents to unacceptable environmental and safety dangers.
