I lived at 1700 Walnut with my partner for 2 years. It's ok, location is great, but the management and building itself are poor. Seems to be a lot of turnover with security and maintenance. The office manager Barb is unresponsive to tenant needs. If you need something cheap in center city this is ok but beware the poor staff.

I rented thru Turchi at 1700 Walnut for over 2 years. DO NOT LIVE THERE!! It's a rip off, their staff is terrible, not able to keep the place clean, takes over a year to get anything fixed, and when you try to move out they steal your deposit money and don't respond to any communications. I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau as well as a small claims court suit in the works. This is not how a good paying customer should feel but they've had many chances to improve without any effort or actions.
