My roommate and I have just moved into our first apartment (which was generally clean) but hired Perfect Touch Cleaning Services because we wanted a thorough, deep clean of our space with high attention to crack, crevices, etc. Upon their arrival (which was much later than the time stated), we further clarified our wishes and even pointed out specific areas that needed more attention due to stains/excessive dust, etc. We initially were confident in team's abilities, but were later incredibly disappointed with the final results. Cabinets had not been wiped, windows had not been cleaned, large amounts of dust and dirt were left on the floor, and many of the details we specifically asked for (cracks and crevices) had not been tended to. Upon calling the company number to state our complaints, we found that the team member we spoke to was incredibly rude and continued to talk over us while we tried to describe our issue. They stated they could come back to re-do the service in 5 days time, which did not work for us. We ultimately decided to let go of the situation and re-clean the apartment ourselves without even receiving a refund as we truly believe we are more capable than the team that came to clean our apartment. We strongly discourage people from hiring this cleaning company if you would actually like your apartment to be properly cleaned. Below we will attach photos of the condition in which our apartment was left after the service.

I couldnt even tell the apartment was cleaned after inspection. My apartment was generally clean but I asked for a deep clean and they did anything but that. I am very unsatisfied with the level of deep clean that was claimed to have been done. There was still dust and bigger spots of dirt/stains everywhere and it appears I have paid for my apartment to look exactly the same as it did prior to their arrival. I didnt inspect before they left (huge mistake), but as I went to unpack my things and get settled into the apartment, I noticed how much corners have been cut. There are several things that I found unacceptable: the 10 inch metal outer border lining my floor was simply not cleaned, a trash bag was left on my desk in my room with stuff I had put in the bathroom thrown inside it, none of the drawers or cabinets were wiped down, the floors in the bathroom were not cleaned, and the list goes on. I asked for a deep clean and even a general clean was not performed. Frustrated is an understatement. Worst $180 spent. I had also called to complain after and they were very unprofessional, saying back and forth with a client is low vibrational. Overall, even though the staff members were not outright rude, they were very dismissive, unprofessional, didnt listen to our complaints, and shouldnt have a business running the way they do.
