My husband and I frequently this establishment on a regular basis so our recent visit left us surprised and dissatisfied. We ordered two regular combos. We were asked what kind of meat and if we wanted pitas with that? That's part of the meal. I'm assuming they ran out of red sauce so we were given one packet each. My husband asked for an extra packet and he didn't get it. I asked for bottle water. They had to check if they had any in stock. Then I see our meals were given with spoons. I asked for a fork and they ran out of forks. I understand covid and shipment delays but I'm guessing the employees didn't order stock in time. The final straw was I got sick for two days off my combo. From now on, I'm going to an authentic mom & pop restaurant where safety and service are a priority.
