Never ever had that much of bad experience in my life. I ordered a heated jacket for my girlfriend birthday. They said, it will arrive in 3 days. After 3 day, I called and they said we would send it in a day. After 5 days, I received an e-mail that the item is sold out. When I called, they dont pick up the phone. It seems it is something they have done in the past as well.

Ordered a heated jacket for a my father for a birthday present on 9/8/16. Received email notification that order had shipped 9/8/16. My credit card charged. No package by 9/16/16. Emailed the company to inquire and was told they did not have the product in stock. Good thing I emailed to ask when my package would arrive! Sending a customer a shipment notification for a product they do not have, and not notifying the customer that they in fact do not have the product to ship, is pretty poor business practice.

I ordered a Gerbing motorcycle heated jacket liner for an upcoming trip. When the package arrived, I found that they gave me a Gyde jacket liner instead which was a significant upgrade from what I was expecting. Got the product to me in a short time as well.
