Unprofessional & Rude. I ordered trophies and paid in full and a year later I got an invoice in the mail stating I have an outstanding balance for which I paid. I called to speak with the person Caitlin who took my order. She was always unavailable. I also left several messages for her to call me back to discuss the issue. I have NEVER received a call! How do you try to double charge someone!!!

Ive ordered twice for company awards and their service is top tier. They email you write away and send you proofs before printing. They did an amazing job

Caitlyn was very helpful with assisting me in choosing the right size and shape of the award. She made the entire process as seamless as possible.
