They are a wealth of knowledge and can help even the most seasoned pastry professional with any questions. The stock in the store is vast. Family owned & operated.         Drove an hour to get to the store, I knew I would be there right before 3pm, when they close. I called to ask if they could wait a couple of minutes for me, no one picked up and I left a voice mail. I arrived right at 3pm. They wouldnt open the door when they saw me - I told them I knew exactly what I need and had my credit card in hand. They refused to help me and told me to come back in two days when they reopen. Never going to shop there again.
