If I could give negative star's I would. A few months ago I visited this store with my then 9 month old daughter. I have the galaxy s 7 edge with the infamous pink line that is a known defect for these phones. Upon entering the store, being greeted by 2 employees and I stated my issue. I showed my device to a (unbeknownst to me) new employee by the name of Sam and went over this pink line issue with another coworker, my baby became a bit vocal. Sam referred to my daughter multiple times as "it" and kept asking strange questions about how much "it" eats, sleeps and what do i do if "it" cries. Trying to not be offended, i answered his questions with a little laugh just trying to get out of the store as fast as possible. They then both come to the conclusion that this defected phone could be fixed only with a replacement. So a $20 fee and the wait of transferring everything. I told them i would have to come back since i did not have the time. Fast forward to today. Finally i have a few hours to myself and decide to get my phone serviced. As always parking is horrible so i walk several blocks to the squirrel hill T-Mobile. I am quickly greeted by 2 employees who were not present for my previous visit. I say hello, describe my phone issue while showing the pink line and begin to speak about my previous visit. I get cut off by the 'manager' and told that he has a baby around the same age and that my baby must of got a hold of my phone to cause the pink line. He said that he will keep this in mind with his baby so the same thing doesn't happen to him. He then whips out a insurance claim form, highlights 2 spots and walks away to another customer. I am left standing with the 'yes man' employee who keeps repeating it is an insurance claim. No one can explain why I was told differently a few months prior. I then see the employee who was present during my initial visit who i asked if he remembered me and began to help but the 'yes man' employee started insisting to him that this was an insurance claim. Trying to remember the other employees name i brought up how he referred to my daughter at 'it' they both knew it was Sam and quickly shook off ANYTHING i said further simply disputing that he was new at that time. Both employees slowly backed away and while i stood in complete shock. I began asking how i received 2 completely different answers to my issue and all they could say was that during my initial visit that employee Sam was new. I am beyond upset at how not only I was treated and the misinformation i was given but also how the employee treated my daughter. I have $210.00 left to pay on my device and after that I will be leaving T-Mobile.

So apparently this store closed a couple months ago? Shame. Was nice have it a short walk from my work. Not sure what happened: the store got enough business...
